Return Policy
We want you to love your all in one Crespo Ardyss purchases. We realize that every now and then something doesn't work out the way you expected. We will always handle your return graciously and as quickly as possible.
Claims will not be accepted past 3 days from the date receipt of the shipment. You must submit an exchange claim within the first three days by email or phone 201-751-5117.
We will accept a return for exchange in the following cases:
Defects in Manufacturing - Broken straps, missing hooks, and seams undone.
If the wrong color or size was sent
If you wish to change size because it was either too big or small
If the product received did not correspond with the one requested in your order. Please order carefully we are not responsible if you clicked the wrong item. If you are unsure and wish to avoid this type of error process your order by phone at our service center.
Returned items must be in their original packaging condition, with tags, and sanitary conditions intact. Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on swimwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Items received after the five-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense. All sales are final on the following items: Panty reshapers, and Panty Girdles. When trying on a Body Magic or Body Fashion make sure the garment is not soiled it will not be exchanged.
Procedure for Returns:
You must send an e-mail, fax or phone prior to returning the product, the
product you are returning and the reason for their return and give us the
invoice number of your order.
For the exchange list the size, style name, you wish to receive in return.
Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request.
Use a similar box for your returns. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the merchandise is receive and another is ready to be shipped in exchange. Please allow sufficient time for the exchange to be made. Shipping charges are non-refundable, you must include a 12.00 money order per item with your return to cover exchange fees.
In case the articles are not in the conditions mentioned, it will be forwarded to the customer, in addition to charge for shipping costs.
Once Solaris store verify the goods comply with the conditions, it will then make the appropriate changes and will make the shipping of a new product.
Shipping policies
The company is not liable for errors the customer commits when writing their shipping address.
1. The shipments will be carried out only after receiving payment for one of our payment methods. (Credit Card, Paypal, Google Checkout). Paypal E-checks and Google payments take 3-5 Days to clear allow this time for the payments to process. Money orders acepted please call for more information.
2. Shipments are usually the next business day, or no later than the third business day on which payment was processed. There is NOT shipping on Saturdays and Sundays.
When will my order arrive?
All orders process during the first 24hours, and should arrive 4 to 10 business days, excluding overnight express preferred orders. Depending on the Brand name of the product, and shipping method you choose.

Body perfection, USPS
Firm International, UPS, USPS, FED EX
all other brands and Puerto Rico shipments, USPS Only
No overnight shipments on Friday for Saturday delivery accepted. All overnight deliveries processed by 12 PM EST same business day.
Once the orders are processed and taken under the responsibility of the courier company they will be responsible for its delivery. As you know there could be delays due holyday or seasonal volume.
Cancel an order?
There is no cancellation or refunds on Ardyss Orders. No exchanges or returns on nutritional, cosmetics, or skin care products. Please make sure you choose your products carefully and they are what you were looking for. Once your order is placed it goes to the processing department and is shipped immediately from there. You may refuse an order and it will be sent back to the company for a refund, but you will not be refunded any shipping or processing fees and a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned garments.
Why?
If the package was opened and then returned it will go through inspection process prior to any refunds being issued and the garments that do not pass inspection we will notify you and may be held until the customer request it be returned to them at their expense. An opened packaged and tried on goods are no longer considered new and we cannot sell an item at the same value. Thus a loss to our store.
